Sponsored Placements — What Is Delivered
A sponsored placement is an editorial carousel of up to 10 frames, built by us from the assets you supply, and published to the Occupy Directors Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. Placements are sold by Film House 35, LLC at a fixed one-time fee of $375 USD. Your card statement will read FILM HOUSE 35, LLC.
Sponsored Placements — Process
After payment you receive a private link to upload your assets, caption copy and brief. We produce a proof within 48 hours of receiving complete materials, and nothing publishes until you approve that proof. Go-live dates are best-effort and may move with our editorial calendar.
Sponsored Placements — Refunds
All sales are final. The placement fee is non-refundable once paid. Instead of a refund, an unused placement remains valid as a credit for 12 months from the date of purchase, redeemable on any Film House 35 property, and transferable to another brand with our written agreement. If you never submit materials, the fee remains non-refundable and the same 12-month credit applies. If we decline material as unlawful, infringing or a poor editorial fit, we may offer re-submission or, at our sole discretion, a refund — that discretion is ours and is not a buyer right. Sponsored Placements — Rights & Indemnity
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use everything you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to produce and publish the placement. You indemnify us against any claim arising from material you supplied.
Sponsored Placements — No Performance Guarantee
We make no guarantee of reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, followers or sales. No performance of any kind is promised.
Sponsored Placements — Disclosure & Editorial Control
Every placement carries a paid-partnership disclosure in line with FTC guidance and platform rules. We may decline or remove material at our discretion, and a published placement remains on our accounts at our discretion — we may remove it later without a refund.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest published version.
